How it works

Post your route in the app: your home and office or campus addresses, the days you travel, your morning time and when you’ll be ready to leave. RideMate finds a regular rider for your route and confirms your amount and start date. Then your commute is sorted for the month.

What it costs

Your monthly amount is based on your route’s distance. Seat fares run roughly PKR 20–35 per km, with longer routes at a lower rate, and your plan is discounted because you commit to a regular schedule. Rates can change with fuel prices. A platform charge of PKR 250 per month applies from the month you start riding.

After a one-day paid trial, pay at least one week in advance, or choose 10 days, 15 days or a full month. Paying a full month upfront can earn you an extra discount.

What your plan covers

Your plan reserves a regular rider for your schedule, so your own leave and any chargeable holidays within it are still payable. If your rider can’t make a trip, we’ll try to arrange someone else, and if we can’t, that trip isn’t charged.

Need a new pickup point or office mid-month? Let us know. Once the new route and any price change are confirmed, you can switch. To end your plan, give 7 days’ notice. Read the full rules.

Monthly plans in your city

Monthly or carpool?

Monthly is best when you travel the same route most working days. If your office days change from week to week, per-ride carpooling means you only pay for the days you ride.

Common questions

Is there one monthly price for every city?

No. Your amount depends on your route’s distance and your schedule, so it’s quoted for your journey.

Can I get a monthly plan for one-way travel?

Yes. Just say so when you post your route, and your plan and amount are set up for the trips you actually need.

Does it work for university students?

Yes. Share your class timetable and the days you need transport, and your plan is set up around them.

How long will my rider wait?

Up to 3 minutes. If you miss the pickup and the rider leaves after waiting, the trip is charged — so be ready a little early.

What if I need to stop straight away?

A monthly plan needs 7 days’ notice. If you stop immediately, 7 days’ payment is deducted from your remaining advance.
