One amount, agreed upfront
Your monthly amount is based on your route’s distance and schedule, and it’s discounted because you commit to regular travel. Pay a full month upfront and you may get an extra discount. See fares and payment details.
What your plan covers
Your plan reserves a regular rider for your schedule, so your leave and chargeable holidays within it are still payable. If your rider can’t make a trip and we can’t arrange another, that trip isn’t charged. Your rider waits up to 3 minutes at your door.
Moving office or home?
Let RideMate know before the change. Once your new route and any price change are confirmed, you can switch mid-month. To end your plan, give 7 days’ notice.
Not in the office every day?
If you only travel on some days, carpooling in Lahore charges per ride, so you pay only for the days you go in.

Does my plan cover any DHA phase?
Your plan covers the addresses you agree. A different phase or destination needs an updated arrangement, which you can request anytime.
Are public holidays deducted from my plan?
Chargeable holidays within your agreed schedule are payable on a monthly plan. A trip we can’t provide or replace isn’t charged.
Can I switch from Gulberg to another office mid-month?
Yes. Contact RideMate, confirm the new route and any price change, and then switch.
How long will my rider wait?
Up to 3 minutes. If you miss the pickup and the rider leaves after waiting, the trip is charged — so be ready a little early.
